Ed represents local, national and multinational insured and self-insured clients across all industry segments, including the industrial, business, residential and commercial sectors. On their behalf he handles an equally diverse range of matters, encompassing liability defense, property damage claims, insurance coverage matters, medical malpractice and personal injury torts, premises liability, and motor vehicle and railroad accidents.

Ed's chemical engineering background and technical knowledge assist clients in a wide variety of product liability claims, including those involving fire cause and origin, construction, industrial and commercial tools and equipment, amusement park ride accident dynamics, and reactive, carcinogenic or radioactive chemicals and products.

Ed also has significant experience with public entity liability and the workings of the N.J. Tort Claims Act at both the trial and appellate level and in both state and federal courts. He has represented municipalities and other governmental units, including boards of education and planning and zoning boards, in defense of Section 1983 actions, defamation claims, prerogative writ actions and other tort claims.
