Jeanne represents developers, corporations, individual property owners and public entities in a wide range of zoning matters, variances, property development and redevelopment, and brownfields redevelopment, the latter of which involves the resolution of various environmental issues.

She also represents public entities in litigation and in condemnation matters, and counsels them in regard to local government law, utilities authority and/or sewerage authority law, zoning and planning issues, affordable housing, open space acquisitions and redevelopment law.
