Janet C. Lucas

Janet C. Lucas

Parsippany, New Jersey
Jan defines her practice through the scope of transactional law. That focus has led to a diverse experience of issues that has included negotiations, litigation, analysis, and policy for both public and private sectors. Having served her residential school district as a member of the board for over twenty years, she became especially concerned with education-related matters. That interest has developed into a significant emphasis of her practice, while she continues to serve her transactional matters.

Her litigation experience has included New Jersey Civil and Criminal courts, the New Jersey Appellate Division, Office of administrative Law, as well as various agencies and hearings in the public domain.
