Jeanne represents public entities in litigation and in condemnation matters, and counsels them with regard to local government law, especially Open Public Records Act & Open Public Meetings Act, utilities authority and/or sewerage authority law, zoning and planning issues, and redevelopment law.

She also represents developers, corporations, individual property owners and public entities in a wide range of zoning matters, variances, property development and redevelopment, and brownfields redevelopment, the latter of which often involves the resolution of various environmental issues.
