Leveraging his experience as a former General Counsel to a real estate developer and contractor, Jeff focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law and land use and zoning, and has lectured and published extensively. He has a reputation as an effective dealmaker and has handled purchases and sales, represented landlords and tenants in leases, and obtained land use approvals for office buildings, industrial facilities, condominiums and shopping centers. He has represented tenants in a Times Square illuminated global message sign and an airport hangar lease. He conducts extensive due diligence reviews and has handled numerous mortgage financings.
