Julia concentrates her practice in the area of Worker's Compensation law defending claims filed against insured and self-insured entities, both public and private, and representing insurance companies and joint insurance funds in coverage disputes.

Julia also represents public sector clients in litigation involving municipal law, local government law and sewerage authority law. She is responsible for conducting legal research and drafting memoranda of law, pleadings and trial and appellate briefs on behalf of sewerage authorities, municipal planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, and local government agencies.

She also serves public and private sector clients in land use, zoning, planning, redevelopment and Mount Laurel affordable housing matters.
