An experienced attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience litigating cases and trying cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Adam is a partner in the Litigation department, where the concentration of his practice is the defense of tort actions for individuals, public and private, and the defense of first-party actions, including claims for uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, for insurance carriers.

Adam is an exceptional appellate advocate who has briefed and argued successfully numerous matters in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
