Rachel E. Fairley is an Associate of the Firm and focuses her practice in the areas of education and labor and employment law, including representing boards of education and public entities in all labor-related matters. She received her Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018.
While attending law school, Rachel served as a member of the Women’s Law Forum and the Health Law Forum.
Prior to joining the Firm, Rachel was an Associate at a boutique school law firm in Union County. In addition, Rachel served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Deborah J, Venezia, Presiding Judge of the Family Division, Middlesex County, during the 2018-2019 court term. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
