Shannon is an Associate of the firm practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, and government/public entity law. In the area of employment law, Shannon has assisted public employers against ADA and NJLAD claims. She has dealt with labor relations including unfair labor practices, petitions for scope of negotiations determinations and unit clarifications, and grievance arbitration. She regularly prepares and presents seminars and training sessions for clients regarding compliance with rules, regulations, and best practices governing all aspects of labor and employment.
Shannon received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary and her J.D. with honors from New England Law | Boston, where she served as an executive editor of the Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Shannon’s practiced in government/public entity law with a focus on labor and employment and interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and a boutique immigration law firm. In her spare time, Shannon volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of New Jersey.
