Stelios Stoupakis is a graduate of Drew University and received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (Member of St. John’s Law Review). Mr. Stoupakis served as a Passaic County Assistant Prosecutor under the late James F. Avigliano. Upon leaving the public sector, Mr. Stoupakis was introduced to various legal areas working for a successful boutique law firm in Nutley, New Jersey. Eventually, Mr. Stoupakis, along with two other attorneys, went on to open the law firm of Koniarelis, Stoupakis & Kalogeras in Fairview, New Jersey, where he focused primarily on criminal law, personal injury and real estate law, while developing a niche for condominium conversions. After the valuable experience of being a managing partner of his own law firm, Mr. Stoupakis went on to broaden his craft as he handled a multiple array of legal matters at a prominent firm in Livingston, New Jersey. He went on to join a reputable firm in Bergen County, New Jersey. He handled a wide array of litigation matters. Ultimately, his invaluable career experiences, along with the tutelage of various brilliant attorneys, paved Mr. Stoupakis’ path to join the Weiner Law Group. He works relentlessly to advocate for his clients and ensures that his clients’ rights are vindicated. Mr. Stoupakis is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
