Chris Seelinger

Chris Seelinger handles all facets of complex commercial litigation across a variety of business sectors in a wide range of state and federal courts, and arbitration settings. He has extensive experience handling claims in the law of antitrust, business torts, contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, competition, franchising, fiduciary duties, fraud, and restrictive covenants. By leveraging his business background to achieve a deeper understanding of his client’s needs and interests, Chris can identify opportunities, and risks, over the course of a dispute that may otherwise go overlooked. Chris graduated from Columbia Law School where he was a member of the Science and Technology Law Review and was at the top of his class in his Contracts and Corporations courses. He also received a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Chris also enjoys programming and codes as a hobby for both personal and open-source projects in Python and C#.
