Caroline joined Weiner law Group LLP in 2024 as an associate attorney for the firm’s matrimonial law department. Her practice mainly focuses on family law, but also includes Trusts and Estates, Real Estate law as well as Probate matters.
Caroline graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Upon graduation, she accepted a position with the Westfield Board of Education, in Westfield, New Jersey. There, she taught eighth (8th) grade history and was the Head Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Westfield High School. Caroline attended Seton Hall Law School as an evening student, while continuing her employment with the Westfield Board of Education during the day. During law school, she completed a judicial externship with The Honorable Stuart A. Minkowtiz, J.S.C. (presently Assignment Judge for the Morris/Sussex New Jersey Vicinage). She also represented clients in family law matters at the Center for Social Justice, Newark, New Jersey
Caroline has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 2012 and the State of Pennsylvania since 2013. Upon graduating law school, she served as a Superior Court, Family Division Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip J. Maenza, J.S.C. Upon entering private practice, she has continued her focus on family law but has also broadened her experience to include, Trusts and Estates, Landlord/Tenant, Medical Malpractice, Probate, Employment Law, and Municipal as well as Appellate Proceedings.
Outside of the Office, Caroline is a mother of five (5), a school and community volunteer and enjoys traveling, cooking and, above all, spending time with her family.
