Andrea M. Beckford is an associate of Weiner Law Group LLP, whose practice focuses predominantly on family law, including but not limited to matrimonial disputes, alimony, post-judgment enforcement and litigation, child custody, child support, and domestic violence.
Prior to joining Weiner Law Group LLP, Andrea served as a Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage, Law Division, as well as worked within the realms of civil litigation, landlord tenant, municipal court, estate litigation, and family law.
Andrea received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School (Newark), where she graduated in 2019, and her Bachelor’s in Psychology, cum laude, from Le Moyne College in 2016. While at Rutgers Law, Andrea was a clinical student for both the Child Advocacy Clinic and the Criminal & Youth Justice Clinic. Andrea was also an Article’s Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and her article, “We Need Equal Cheers for Boys and Girls: How the Absence of Cheerleaders at Women’s Sporting Events is a Violation of Title IX”, was published in the 26th volume of the Sports Lawyers Journal at Tulane University School of Law.
