Mr. Singer has a reputation as an effective dealmaker and has represented clients in matters related to commercial, industrial, multi-tenant residential, condominium, hotel, and shopping center transactions in due diligence, leases, contracts, land use approvals, and financings.   His wide-ranging practice includes representing a tenant in a Times Square illuminated global message sign and a tenant in an airport hangar lease.
