About Jessica Cunha
Jessica Cunha is an associate joining the Labor and Employment and Education law practice groups, where she focuses her practice in the areas of education and labor and employment law.
Jessica received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024. During her time at Seton Hall, Jessica interned for the New York Legal Assistance Group and for the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law.  Jessica was also an active member of the Womenâs Law Forum and the Health Law Forum. In her last year at Seton Hall Law, Jessica was a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justiceâs Health Justice Clinic, where she provided full representation to clients regarding housing discrimination issues and social security disputes. Upon graduation, Jessica was recognized under the Seton Hall Law School Pro Bono Service Program for completing at least 50 hours of pro bono work during law school.
After graduation, Jessica served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gary Potters, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County Vicinage. Jessica is also a graduate of Emerson College, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Communication and minored in Nonprofit Communication Management, Health and Society, and Public Diplomacy in 2021, summa cum laude.
