Louis I. Karp

With vast experience in all aspects of corporate and real estate law, Louis represents purchasers, sellers and lenders in a wide range of matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures, tax sale certificate foreclosures, land use applications, commercial leasing on behalf of lessors and lessees, and the litigation of real estate and title issues.

In addition to his work with private real estate clients, Louis also represents governmental entities in real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale and leasing of real properties, green acres matters and land development.

He also handles general and specialized corporate and contract matters, including representing the purchasers and sellers of corporate stock and corporate assets, matters involving alternative energy, and estate planning and administration.
