About Philip H. Ziegler

Philip H. Ziegler has almost 20 years of experience in defending matters involving large retail establishments, including shopping malls and department stores throughout NY State. He has defended malls in third party claims as well as landlord/tenant matters. Philip Ziegler also has  experience in defending commercial building owners, general contractors and subcontractors in construction accident cases. He has obtained defense verdicts for his clients in jurisdictions that include Kings and Bronx Counties. He has also authored articles published in the NY Law Journal and has volunteered as a guest lecturer for the NYSBA where he has been a member for several years.

Mr. Ziegler was recognized by The Association of Trial Lawyers of America for his dedication and outstanding service following the events of the 9/11 tragedy. He assisted families who were victims obtain necessary compensation from the Victim Compensation Fund. He is also a dedicated Board member of his local religious institution.

In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, especially on the baseball field where has served as a local coach for many years.
