Ron concentrates his practice in the areas of land use, planning and zoning law, local government law, Mt. Laurel affordable housing, constitutional law and complex commercial real estate litigation. He represents both private and public clients, the latter including dozens of municipalities, planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment and authorities throughout New Jersey. He also has appeared before scores of local land use boards obtaining approvals for national and regional development and redevelopment projects. He regularly appears in both the trial and appellate courts as well as before state agencies.

In addition to his firm responsibilities, Ron is an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University, where he teaches local government and land use law, and also serves as a New Jersey Department of Community Affairs certified instructor, providing the mandatory land use education training required by the Municipal Land Use Law to planning and zoning board members in multiple municipalities.
