Mr. Polledri is a partner in the firm and practices primarily in the areas of employment law, labor law and related litigation. Mr. Polledri has received his Civil Trial Attorney Certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court and has extensive experience as a trial attorney, having tried many cases to verdict, including discrimination, whistleblower, civil rights, defamation and commercial matters. Mr. Polledri has handled jury trials, bench trials, disciplinary hearings and administrative proceedings before the Office of Administrative Law and the Public Employment Relations Commission, as well as arbitration hearings and disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Polledri has conducted collective bargaining negotiations for private sector and public sector employees, including interest arbitration proceedings for police officers and fire department employees.
Mr. Polledri is the editor of HR Specialist: New Jersey Employment Law, a monthly newsletter which provides information and guidance to human resources professionals on emerging employment and labor law issues in New Jersey.
Mr. Polledri is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association, and served as Vice Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Essex County Bar Association. Mr. Polledri is also a past member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Polledri served as a Deputy Attorney General, State of New Jersey from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Polledri was also a partner in the Employment Law and Litigation Practice Group at Genova Burns & Giantomasi for a number of years.
Mr. Polledri received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State College in 1978.
