“Business Divorce” is a term that broadly describes the termination of relationships among the owners of privately held businesses. The NJICLE program will provide insights into the mechanics of a negotiated business divorce and planning for the succession of family-owned businesses as well the litigation and negotiation of business divorce disputes.
