P. Austin Mueller is an associate of the firm and focuses his practice in land use law. Prior to joining the firm, Austin served as a law clerk for two years in the New Jersey Superior Court Clerk’s Office, Office of Foreclosure, where he conducted judicial mediations exploring all retention and non-retention options in furtherance of resolving pending foreclosure litigation. He also served as a judge proxy in foreclosure matters.
Austin was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in February, 2020. He received his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019, and his B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2011. Prior to law school, Austin worked as a paralegal specializing in land use and real estate law. He also previously worked as an insurance agent licensed in property and casualty.
