About Michael P. Marotta

Michael is an associate attorney focusing on labor and employment, education, and personal injury litigation. Previously, Michael advised various municipal and state clients including school boards, municipalities, and prosecutor’s offices on a variety of matters.

Michael earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2016 and graduated cum laude after earning a B.A. in Psychology from Marist College (now Marist University) where he also graduated cum laude. During his time at VLS, Michael served as the managing editor of the Vermont Law Review, was President of the VLS Rugby Club, and participated in the Moot Court Advisory Board.

During law school Michael served as an intern to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and in the Chancery Division of Bergen County for the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, J.S.C. After law school, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael P. Wright, J.S.C., of the Morris/Sussex County Superior Court Family Part.
