Jason J. Mastrangelo focuses his practice on the defense of litigated matters, specializing in premises and retail liability, motor vehicle negligence, and also commercial disputes. He defends some of the largest companies in the country. Mr. Mastrangelo has also handled cases sounding in malpractice, employment law, construction defect law, and municipal liability, which included representing counties, towns, and police officers in civil rights matters.
Mr. Mastrangelo received an undergraduate degree from Penn State University in 2010. He graduated from Villanova Law School in 2013. He served as an intern for the Honorable Joseph S. Conte, J.S.C. (Ret.) and then the Honorable William C. Meehan, J.S.C. (Ret. on Recall) in the Bergen County New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division. Mr. Mastrangelo initially worked in the areas of commercial and family law.
He is admitted to practice in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania State Courts, United States District Court, District of New Jersey and United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
